About Me

Hey! My name is Larry Henderson. I’m a building contractor who has a decent size crew of sub-contractors with whom I work. We don’t have a purchasing agent; most of us have to shop for and purchase our own supplies. Many people probably think of big heavy equipment when they think of construction or industrial equipment. While some of it is large, there are also a number of supplies we need that are small. We have local suppliers, suppliers that are across the country, and we have the internet for shopping and purchasing too. In fact, when I’m shopping and comparing brands, styles and prices, I sometimes feel like my wife looking for a new pair of shoes. I’m going to share some of the methods I use for deciding what equipment and supplies I buy. I hope this information proves to be helpful.
